Candidate profile

 

The Head Publisher will be in charge of developing the business of the company in the European countries by acquiring, managing and retaining ad networks and web publishers of high quality, following the sales and marketing strategy outlined by the company. This person will manage a team dedicated to the promotion of online campaigns, and selling internal services products to new and existing publishers.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

-      Set up a global recruitment strategy for publisher acquisition and retention

-      Identify opportunities to create strategic networks of key publishers in specific verticals and brand/market them appropriately

-      Prospect, close and grow relationships with large strategic publishers (Top Partners). Be the point of contact for important and strategic partners.

-      Manage all facets of the network sales cycle including prospecting, closing, renewing and cross selling.

-      Team management.

-      Organize the work of the Publisher Team Leader Manager and the balance of time dedicated to the different activities: prospection, recruitment, database management and support to the client base.

-      To keep a close communication with the Accounts Director and Sales Country Manager needs. Support sales team with marketing collaterals on network.

-      Write formal commercial documents: proposal, agreements, and presentations.

 

Minimum requirements

 

-      Strong experience in the online marketing field at a top management level.

-      3 years experience in marketing and advertising industry preferably with a strong exposure to the internet Sales House/Advertising Network company.

-      Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and Publisher monetization options.

-      Capacity to communicate to customers at high hierarchy level.

-      Knowledge of the tools for online advertising measurement.

-      European Native speaker and fluent English.

-           Knowledge of another European language.

-           Knowledge of the tools for online advertising measurement.

-           Experience in multicultural work environments.
